As a hybrid Business Director and Copywriter at independent creative agency, Cocogun, I combine creativity, strategy, and purpose to add value to our suite of incredible clients and causes we support. More recently, I have been honoured to work creatively and strategically with Inherited Cancers Australia and am excited and humbled to do the same with the team at National Centre for Action on Child Sexual Abuse to help change Aussie culture around this deeply harmful societal issue. I also work closely in my hybrid role with the forward-thinking Australian institution, College of Law, and the game-changing medtech, Harrison.ai.

  • Managing and nurturing the growth of a high-performing team across Asia-Pacific with empathy and encouragement
  • Copywriting and long-form content writing across diverse sectors like technology, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and more
  • Creating engaging staff communications for senior leadership, including Global and Regional Heads and COOs

  • Managing rebranding projects from origination to execution
  • Collaborating with transaction staff on client pitches and proposals.
Key achievements:
  • Led the creation of a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) which included synthesising 800+ pieces of staff feedback (and crafting business commitments to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) supported by an external content and social campaign (Macquarie Group then used this as a template to do a Group-wide messaging refresh)
  • YoY uplift across all engagement metrics for Macquarie Capital's flagship thought-leadership event (Year in Review) with a comprehensive content, social and email campaign
    • +46% attendance, +43% open rate, +121% CTR, +27% pageviews, +250% downloads, +14% reading time, 12x reach, 3x engagement
  • Crafted Macquarie Capital's global green narrative and messaging for Macquarie's inaugural Net Zero Report
  • Co-leading the creation of agenda and communications for a 3-day Macquarie Capital Global Conference in Tokyo
  • Contributing to Macquarie's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group, Australia and New Zealand Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Working Group, and Macquarie's First Nations Employee Network Group
  • Co-led the onboarding and launch of the social media planning platform, Sprinklr.

Conversant Media creates premium online publications for a passionate and engaged audience. Across Lost At E Minor, Techly and HT&E's ARN Digital sites. I worked collaboratively with agencies and clients to create bespoke brand experiences and native editorial and video content solutions around all things culture, art, technology, business and sport. 
Key achievement:
  • 296% YoY growth in Q4 revenue (51% of which was new business).

Triad Retail Media creates profitable, technology-enabled media businesses for the world’s leading retailers. I looked after a range of eBay merchants and some of the biggest retailers in Australia, leveraging first-party data to help brands reach their target audiences at key purchasing moments. I developed client relationships, created effective targeting strategies to achieve ROI and represented one voice across direct and programmatic advertising. 
Key achievement:
  • $810K+ direct total revenue and $200K+ programmatic revenue, $623K+ of which was new business.
  • First $100K+ booking from my first client, Australia Post (new business).
